We have a 2 story condo on a slope, which ends up being almost 3 stories with a small balcony accessed by sliding doors. Chas was the ultimate professional from a detailed walkthrough to a point by point bid ending with a careful, thorough and squeaky clean windows. He was cheerful and focused the entire time, as was his son. He cleaned the entire balcony, of a mess of cobwebs and eucalyptus leaves, power washed the entryway and eve cleaned the bathroom mirrors! I highly recommend this “Dutch way” of working. He even came back when I couldn’t figure out how to loosen my blinds! By the way, it only took 2 hours.

I hired DWCA to clean my windows inside and out, and to clean a large outside privacy wall. I was extremely pleased with the results, and found that they went way above and beyond the cleaning mentioned in the contract. ( Prior to their visit, I had noticed that my front and rear facia trim, rain gutters, and eaves looked dingy, and had many cobwebs accumulated over the winter. ) After their visit, I noticed that the facia and raingutters were shiny and clean, and it looked like they had knocked down the cobwebs under the eaves. Chas was very reliable, conscientious and communicated well - which was important to me since I was not able to be onsite. He was also able to provide drone images before and after. It was a pleasure to work with Chas, the owner. It was quick and easy to set up an appointment for an estimate, using his website. He arrived on time to do the estimate and we received an emailed estimate in a day or two. A few weeks later, he arrived on-time to do the work, which included all windows, inside and outside, cleaning solar panels, and cleaning a concrete wall and some areas of concrete sidewalk. All the work was done neatly and carefully and everything was cleaned up before he left. For the inside work, he was careful not to disturb our cat, who hates unknown visitors. Everything turned out very well and the solar panels are putting out at least 10% more power after the cleaning. I recommend him without reservation.

We hired the Dutch Cleaners to take care of organic matter on our roof, in an effort to keep our house insurance. They came out to our house the same day, and provided us a detailed quote as well as drone-produced pictures within 24 hours. On the day scheduled for the work, they arrived on time, and finished the job within hours. This included thoroughly cleaning the roof, and then cleaning all the windows and patios/decks/walkways - the house looked terrific. They then provided the final billing (exactly in line with the original quote) and "after" drone pictures (which we forwarded to our insurance agent) within hours of leaving our house.

I would like to express my profound appreciation for the job that Chas Smit and Team from Dutch Window Cleaning performed on my unit, in Morro Bay, on July 15, 2020.  It is quite refreshing when a contractor shows up to an assigned appointment.  Not only on time but with a smile and good humor.  A rarity in todays marketplace.  Chas Smit is to be commended for the outstanding professional way he conducts his business. Chas and his crew were meticulous and through with the job they performed.  From cleaning the unit from the top of the roof to the bottom of the patio area.  The windows look brand new is this incredibly old unit that gets a lot of wind, sand and dust blown in from the Morro Bay Harbor.  All the cobwebs, black soot, and filmy residue are gone.  I have lived in this unit for almost a year and could not believe the layers of dirt in such a short period of time.  I am incredibly grateful to Chas and his team to be able to perform this service - and perform it so well. Chas the Dutch Window Cleaning Artist exceeded my expectations! He cleaned the exterior windows and screens, and scrubbed the mildew from the exterior of the house, exactly when and how and for the price we had discussed during the quote, which was great. I was very comfortable with the low-pressure water hoses and scrubbers he used; the house looks great and there was absolutely no damage from water cannons or high-pressure nozzles knocking off stucco or anything. Then Chas went above and beyond, and helped me reach some inaccessible places in my vaulted ceilings with his tall ladders, and he even cleaned the old plastic patio chairs which now look brand new. Chas responded promptly to my every communication, and was on time for every appointment. I highly recommend Chas for any window and house cleaning needs. The estimate was timely and gave different levels of cleaning for me to consider. Since I knew my windows were pretty dirty I went for the full inside/outside cleaning. I was not disappointed!
